TERMS FOR PAID COURSES & LMS PLATFORM

1. Enrollment & Access

• Course access is granted solely to the individual who has successfully enrolled and completed payment.
• Access is personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
• The sharing of login IDs, LMS passwords, meeting links, learning materials, recordings, or access credentials with any person is prohibited.
• Enrollment does not constitute ownership of content; it grants only limited access for learning purposes during the access period.

2. Usage Restrictions

Participants agree not to:

• Copy, record, reproduce, publish, broadcast, sell, distribute, or circulate SpaceProbe’s LMS content (including videos, datasets, assignments, PDFs, source code, documents, or assessment materials).
• Screen-record, photograph, or audio/video-record live or pre-recorded sessions without explicit written authorization.
• Misuse LMS discussion spaces or communication channels for spam, threats, harassment, political messaging, promotional activities, or solicitation of business.

Violation of these restrictions constitutes intellectual property theft and may result in legal action and immediate account termination.

3. Certification Conditions

Certificates will be issued only when the participant successfully meets the program criteria, which may include:

• Completion of required assignments,
• Minimum attendance threshold,
• Submission and approval of project work (where applicable),
• Full adherence to the Student/Intern Code of Conduct and Plagiarism Policy.

SpaceProbe reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of misconduct, plagiarism, non-payment, or incomplete participation.

4. Suspension / Termination of Account

SpaceProbe may suspend or terminate LMS and course access without refund in the event of:

• Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or fraudulent submission,
• Violation of Code of Conduct,
• Abuse or misuse of LMS platforms or learning materials,
• Sharing login credentials or unauthorized distribution of course content,
• Chargebacks, failed payments, fraudulent transactions, or disputed payments.

Decisions regarding suspension or termination are final and binding.

5. Course, Content & Platform Updates

To ensure quality improvement and relevance, SpaceProbe reserves the right to:

• Add, modify, remove, or reorganize course modules or topics,
• Change instructors, mentors, faculty, or course structure when necessary,
• Introduce new LMS features or discontinue outdated features without prior notice.

Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds or compensation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content — including lectures, videos, texts, datasets, code, LMS design, trademarks, logos, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of SpaceProbe Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, circulation, or publication is strictly prohibited and may attract civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.

7. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy of SpaceProbe Pvt. Ltd. Enrollment implies acknowledgment and acceptance of that policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

SpaceProbe will not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, employment opportunity, or certification due to participant’s negligence,
• Internet failure, technical outages, hardware issues, or inaccessibility caused by third-party systems,
• Personal or professional decisions taken by the participant based on course learning.

All learning is for educational purposes only; the participant is responsible for how the knowledge is applied.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Acceptance

By:

• Paying course fees,
• Accessing the LMS,
• Attending training sessions or downloading course material,

the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms without exception.
